✅ Order Cancellation Guidelines
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Shipping:
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. You can do this by:- Logging in to your account and visiting the My Orders section.
- Contacting our customer support team via WhatsApp or email at support@thinkcart.in.
- After Shipping:
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can request a return or refund after receiving the product, as per our Return Policy.
🚫 Non-Cancellable Orders
Some products may be marked as “Non-Cancellable” due to:
- Limited-time offers or flash deals
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Hygiene-related products (e.g., personal care, innerwear)
Please check the product page for cancellation eligibility before placing your order.
💸 Refund on Cancelled Orders
- For Prepaid Orders: A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD): No refund is applicable, as no payment has been made yet. The order will simply be cancelled.
🕒 Cancellation Window
- Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once the status shows “Shipped” or “Out for Delivery”, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

- Go to My Account > My Orders
- Select the order you wish to cancel
- Click Cancel Order and confirm your reason
