At Thinkcart.in, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to make things right with a hassle-free return, replacement, or refund policy that ensures your experience remains smooth and trustworthy.
✅ Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
- Return is requested within 5 days of delivery.
- Product is unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and tags.
⚠️ Return requests initiated after 5 days will not be eligible.
❌ Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Personal care items, innerwear, or hygiene-related products (due to health standards).
- Gift cards or digital products.
🔁 Replacement Policy
Eligible items can be replaced only if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is defective or damaged during transit.
- The replacement request is made within 5 days of delivery.
We will arrange a free pickup and send the replacement after quality checks.
💸 Refund Policy
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed via:
- Prepaid orders: Refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI, details will be collected after return approval.
Note: Refunds will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

- Go to My Orders and select the item to return
- Click Request Return and choose your reason
- Our team will confirm via email/WhatsApp
- We’ll arrange a pickup or guide you for return shipping

📝 Cancellation & Refund Before Shipping
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated within 2–3 business days.
- Once the order is marked as “Shipped,” cancellation is no longer possible, but you may proceed with a return after delivery.
